How do the proceeds from this merchandise benefit the CNCF community? We are proud to say that all proceeds collected from the merchandise on our site go back to the foundation.

Can I return a product that doesn't fit? Absolutely! We'll gladly accept a return for refund or exchange on any unused merchandise. Please read the instructions on our Return Policy page.

When can I expect my order? All orders are shipped from our warehouse the very next day, M-Th. & orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 7 business days (depending on shipping location - via ground transportation). Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order date.

My package says it's been delivered, but it's not here. What do I do? Please wait two business days to see if your package will still be delivered. If it has not arrived after two days, then email store@pinnaclebranding.com and include your order number and an explanation of the issue.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to inform our team of a missing package. 

What methods of payment do you accept? We happily accept all major American credit card brands.
